 + -1 moreUNBELIEVABLE AND WONDERFUL. WE BUILT OUR NEW HOME ON A LOT NEXT TO OUR EXISTING HOME. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN AND ASSURED US THAT THE KIDS WOULD NEVER HEAR OR SEE ANYTHING BAD. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS IN OUR YARD, NOT EVEN A MCDONALDS WRAPPER. THIS IS MY DREAM HOME AND I AM STAYING.
Description of Work: THEY EXCAVATED OUR LOT AND BUILT A BRICK HOME FROM THE GROUND UP. THE PRICE WAS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME ONLY, IT DID NOT INCLUDE THE LAND THAT THEY BUILT ON. THEY ALSO BROUGHT IN TOPSOIL, DID THE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY, ALL THE PAINTING, AND THE LANDSCAPING. THEY ALSO SUPPLIED ALL APPLIANCES, CARPETING, AND CERAMICS.
