It was a service contract for a 12-month period. It took them three weeks to get back out to the property to retreat an area after we called which is not acceptable. They were nice and the pricing was good but I wasn't pleased with the treatment as far as the chemical treatment.

We've had very good luck with them. We used a different company for years and years and they turned over their termite inspections to Orkin. They have been great. We've never had them treat anything. Everybody charges about the same thing.

However, I would have preferred a little more notice before they wanted to come out and do the work.

They're very good and we're very pleased with them. They're very professional, they'll come out when they tell you they're going to come out, they'll call ahead of time to say they're going to come out, especially if you have a dog, they're very punctual, they write everything down so that you get a full report and they're very discreet because they come and do it and then they leave.

I like the fact that I don't have any more bugs.

We had some things in the back yard we wanted to get rid of. They showed us where they thought there was a problem. They came in set traps and carried things off. They did a great job. I thought they were well informed, professional and they made a point of not being too aggressive. The price seemed reasonable, I don't have any basis for comparison. They were very responsive.

We chose them because they have a brand name. We didn't have any trouble with them at all. I would use them again if I needed to.

I am on a contract with them, so they come every other month and I pay for every service. I would use them again.

.One time I had bugs in the house and he came out the very next day to take care of the problem. I called him when there was a mouse in the house and he came right out.

They were on time and regular. The prices are reasonable. They were real friendly. We had mice in our house and they cleaned it out.

THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND THEY LEAVE A SLIP ON MY DOOR. I DON'T HAVE CALL THEM, THEY CALL ME. THEY DON'T BOTHER ME AND IT'S HASSLE FREE.

THEY'VE BEEN GOOD. NO PROBLEM. IF I DON'T SEE BUGS, I GUESS THEY'RE DOING THEIR JOB. THEIR PRICE SEEMS FAIR, IT'S LIKE LIFE INSURANCE. IF MY WIFE DOESN'T COMPLAIN, I GUESS THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS OK.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR TWENTY YEARS OR MORE. THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, THEY ARE CAREFUL AND QUICK. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY COME WHEN WE ARE NOT HERE.

THE PRICE IS A LITTLE STEEP BUT THE GUYS ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY COME WHEN WE NEED THEM TO COME. THEY'RE GOOD ABOUT WORKING IN TO OUR SCHEDULE AND COME BACK WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM. SO IF THERE'S A PROBLEM THEY COME RIGHT OUT.

THEY SEEMED TO NEVER HAVE A SCHEDULED TIME, ONLY WHEN THE GUYS IN THAT AREA HAD THE TIME. SO, IF WE'RE NOT HERE, THEY DON'T GET TO THE INTERIOR. THEY TELL US TO CALL THEM, BUT THEN THEY DO COME OUT. IF THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, IT WOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT FOR US.

THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY DID THEIR JOB. I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. WE HAD TO FINANCE. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BECAUSE IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED A BETTER INTEREST RATE ON IT.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME. THEY GET THE JOB DONE AND GO HOME. OVERALL I AM VERY SATISFIED.

I'VE HAD NO TROUBLE, THEY'VE DONE EVERYTHING I HAVE ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY ALSO DO A THOROUGH JOB, AND SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN COMING I HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY TERMITES. I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THE PRICE CONTINUES TO INCREASE. LAST YEAR IT WAS $80 PER VISIT, BUT THIS YEAR IT HAS GONE UP TO $99 PER VISIT.

I THINK THE PRICE IS A BIT EXCESSIVE. IT WORKS OUT TO OVER 400 DOLLARS A YEAR. I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY TRY TO WORK WITH YOUR SCHEDULE. I HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY PROBLEMS, BUT THAT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE I CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT IN BETWEEN MONTH TO MONTH SERVICES IF THEY HAD TO COME OUT BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SPIDERS, THEY WOULD COME FREE OF CHARGE. I LIKE THAT THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK.
