They were wonderful, but at that time my credit card was stolen. So, they charged me on my credit card on some service. My credit card was shut down. I paid them. I opened up another account and I have been charged for the same service again. I am having a devilish time getting nearly $486 back because One Hour Heating got paid twice. I had no trouble with them, but I am also having an awful time with the follow-up. They did a number of things. I have about a $2,000 charge for the services they performed. I am not claiming they overcharged me for one of their services because of a fluke and getting my money back is a pain in the wild zoo. The $480-something dollars is for a new thermostat. Their service and service people were totally appreciated and seemingly reliable. I would rate everything except their bookkeeping an A. They were all totally admirable. I would use them again if I get my money back. I have called them and they said they would check in to it because they had no clue on what is going on, but nobody has got back to me and that has been weeks ago and I do not have my money back either.

"Thank You for the A rating. Things happen sometimes, but it's how you handle them that keep customers happy and coming back like yourself. (1st Service on 12/5/16 Furnace tune-up & venting) (2nd Service on 1/9/17 No heat emergency service call and a specialty thermostat) (3rd Service on 2/2/17 installed some new insulation on ductwork in crawlspace & collected the additional $428) Unfortunately Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s credit card information had been compromised prior to any of our services (validated by Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s & her credit card provider at that time). After Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s contacted us and stated she cancelled her card and it would result in us not getting paid, she then paid us with an alternate credit card for an additional service plus the original $428 on 2/2/17. Her credit card company mailed us a notice that they would pay the originally disputed amount from 1/9/17 but only after we provided ample documentation of our services. We did what we were suppose to and they paid us. Our accounting department refunded Ms. [Member Name Removed] the alternate payment of $428 by check within 7 business days from the date of the resolution notice 3/2/17. Again, Thank You Ms. [Member Name Removed] for your continued business."

From the first phone call a friendly guy named Joseph answered and helped me an appointment. They called ahead as promised, Then a technician named Travis arrived, wore booties while in my home, he was friendly and very helpful. He was upfront and a straight shooter about the cost of my issue, fixed it in a timely manner and told me they are available 24/7/365 if I ever need them again. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
