The responsiveness of the business office was excellent. Crystal is great at setting up the contract and coordinating the job details. The 2 craftsmen sent to the job site were professional and well skilled. They protected the work area (our garage) from the possibility of being accidentally painted along with the frig/freezer; they protected the chrome on the frig/freezer and sanded all surfaces that had rusted. The paint job was excellent - three coats and not a run or a drip to be found. The total time on site was about 5 hours. Job well done!
