He lives right across the street from me. He's such a nice guy, he hardly charges me anything. I have to buy him gift cards just to pay him back. He took out a water heater from another client because they got a really expensive one and this one hadn't been used for very long. He said, "you want a water heater?" and he brought it down and put it in my garage. He told me that when I was ready to put it in, he would put it in for me. He charged me a nominal fee to put it in, but he gave me the water heater.

We have used them to repair a water cooler-which we weren't charged for either. We are having them come back out to install a hot water heater for us.

They are very consumer friendly. They are responsive to our needs. Even when I call in the evenings, they come out the next day.

He checked out everyting we needed checked and explained what he found and showed us what we needed to do to prevent it in the future and only charged us for a service call.

Did good work at a reasonable price

Only problem was time required to obtain service. Probably related to demand which was probably related to quality of work.

We had about 6 weeks between when we closed on our house and when we planned to move in-- our inspection had shown terrible water pressure upstairs, corrosion in the water main and lots of other little problems. Brothers kept a key to the house and did the work over several weeks- they were very professional about keeping the property clean and keeping us updated by phone on their progress. Now our upstairs water pressure is perfect. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumber.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE QUICK TO PROVIDE SERVICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME IN AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL ANYONE ELSE. ALL THE TOILETS THEY WORKED ON ARE STILL WORKING FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO ME.
