Excellent medical care.

Heather Mason, nurse practitioner is who I usually see has always been great in every aspect.
Lately she seems short and rushed. Recently I believe she has had an assistant hired to help her so no problems there.
One of the nurses who takes blood..name not known is very nasty and seems like working with others is a burden.
The front desk people are not very friendly.
My aim is to have a good doctor so I overlook a lot to see her!

Dr. Newstadt spent a lot of time with my daughter trying to ascertain what was going on.  She was very patient and very reassuring! We were very pleased and will definitely use Dr. Newstadt in the future.

The doctor is extremely caring, he doesn't herd you like cattle, and he is ready to take a challenge. The treatments have worked out fabulously. The interactions with him are excellent. I went through a lot of doctors to get to him. He treats the patients, and when you are with him, you know that he is treating you and not the time, so when you are with you, you know that he is with you, and so if he is running late, it is okay.

As always it went well.

Dr. Robin Newstadt is a fine physician with a great bedside manner. The office staff is friendly and helpful and other personnel all are all very professional and skilled.

I was diagnosed a few years ago with Type II diabetes and was frustrated with finding proper medication, information and care when I came across Dr. Emily Veeneman.  She is a Godsend as we have been working consistently and closely together for me to best understand what I need to do for weight, diabetic care, and cholesterol issues.  Over the past 18 months she has brought my physical well being into balance with proper adjustment to medications, exercise and diet recommendations.  Her office staff is well organized, follows through well and calls back as needed.  The office is always busy but never have I been rushed during my allotted time with Dr. Veeneman.  She has truly helped me achieve better health and peace of mind..  I would recommend her highly.

I would tell other members that they are very good at what they do.  He actually found a problem that I had that another doctor said that I did not have that he did not even look for.  As a matter of fact he listens pretty well.  For the most part I would give punctuality an A.

I found Dr. Veeneman by chance through a provider directory through my insurance website. I had been to two previous physicians who were certainly capable, but I didn't get a comfortable doctor/patient releationship feeling from them. Dr. Veeneman has excellent bedside manner, is supportive and listens. During my time with her, I was able to manage my diabetes and greatly reduce my A1c level. I have recently moved away from Louisville, and I'm not looking forward to starting the search over, especially when I was so happy with Dr. Veeneman. She has relocated her practice to Med Achieve Associates.
