I called New Life Cleaners from Angie's List.  There was one rating which was in Lexington so I didn't have a reference of service locally.  I actually called because of the name of the company "New Life".  I thought with a name like that the owner must be confident and a person of high qualitites.  The serviceman "Brad" absolutely lived up to the name of the company. I never felt like I had a stranger in my home. Brad wore shoe covers and gave me a pair to wear. He educated me on the types of carpet, various treatments and his qualifications to perform at his best. Brad gave me information on other services provided by New Life Cleaners.  New Life should be very proud to have Brad as a employee.  Happy New Year Brad and New Life Cleaners.

It always goes well. I've never seen anyone with the enthusiasm or passion for cleaning carpets. They come in and do their job and then leave me with a free stain remover which works really well. I've also used them for my business as well, and since we have some chemically sensitive people they do it without any chemicals.

I have never had a company that is so dependable and consistently go above and beyond with there work.

The customer service people were very helpful on the phone as they called back promptly. The cleaning man showed up right on time and was very friendly. Some friends of ours had referred us to them and we are very happy that they did.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE. HE LEFT NO SPOTS AND GOT RID OF ANY BIT OF DIRT, THAT I HAD ON THE CARPETS AND THE COUCH. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
