They are a very good company. They let me know every month when their coming and if I want to add anything to the order, I can; that is very handy.

I found it on the Nestle website. I have only had it for two months but so far I have been very impressed with the level of service. It is tremendously convenient. You have to be home the first time they come out because they deliver the water cooler. After that you don't have to be home when they deliver; you leave your empty bottles out and they replace them with full ones. You bring it in the house and put it in your water cooler. I'm not going to do any better at the local supermarket and there I would have to lug it home. I'm guessing the punctuality is fine; it was here when it was supposed to be but I was at work.
