Overall very good - much improved communications

The salesperson advised as we were walking over to the car that it was in pretty good shape, but that it would need a passenger side mirror.  I should have guessed what was coming next as the car was as far away from any customers as one could be.  It was a mess!  It was advertised as having been "fully detailed".  Not exactly, as there was filth all throughout the inside of the car to a point where you really didn't want to sit in it.  In addition to the duct-taped mirror, there were scrapes on both front fenders as if someone was playing bumper cars.  When I looked under the hood, the top of the dipstick was a ball of rubber bands so that the stick wouldn't fall down the tube.  That was the final straw.
My situation is that I'm looking for a beginner car for my teenage son, and the advertising ("This is a great first car") was designed to mislead and misinform the buyer.  This is a disgrace and they should be embarassed to put junk like for sale to the public.

They checked and rotated the tires, as well as preformed a 30,000 mile check up. I am pleased with their prompt service, and the staff is friendly and professional.  I will continue to use them in the future. I am very pleased with Angie's List and the information I can find.
