The tech was knowledgeable and repaired the problem. The only complaint I have is the price they charged or the freon. I believe their markup is absurd. When you pay $10 for an item and sell it for $80 I think that is gouging.

They were very nice to me, perhaps because of my age, yet they made me feel at ease and was glad I called them.

I was led to believe that the person I talked to before hiring understood my project fully when he provided me a quote that was drastically lower than the actual cost. I should have obtained a second quote once the technician arrived.

Took two hours for a "qualified" electrician to diagnose and correct a crossed traveller wire in a three way switch and finish remounting a bathroom lighting fixture. He had to rig up some new fixture bolts that ended up being too long and will require me to fix myself at a later date. Then took another hour to hang a ceiling fan with my help and guidance. Total bill of $359 seemed very excessive. This is after he took a half hour off the labor. In the end, everything is operational and working. But I was not at all pleased with the efficiency of the work. I was not happy with the offensive bumper stickers prominently displayed on the back of the truck of the service technician, left at the road for my neighbors to see. Would have expected a more professional company van and overall appearance to match the high price I paid. The more I write, the more disappointed I'm getting. Not a satisfied customer.

Changed thermostat ,filled freon,took 21/2 hrs charged 600.00 total but works better than it has just would have liked it to cost less.

The company called first the day of the work as I had requested. The technician also called when he was on the way to the house. The tech was very friendly and worked quickly. He kept a good pace completely through the repair. He also took us "off the clock" while he ate and when he had to run somewhere to get a needed part that he does not normally keep in stock. Great company, great technician. I will use them again if I have a need for this type of service.

I got a call from them within minutes of submitting there quest on Home Advisor. They got a technician to the house within the hour, and he was great with my elderly parents. Very pleased!
