They were on time and professional. However, our yard was mosquito free for only a week. The mosquitos came back. Now let me say, I have no standing water around our patio or anywhere else in our yard. They sprayed several times and each time it only lasted about a week. I would have given an them an A if the mosquitos had been gone longer.

I have recommend them and got them two customers in my neighborhood. I recommended to a neighbor to use them to get rid of her weeds, and they did.

They have been very good. We haven't had any problems. They have a good price. When you call on the phone you get a voice right away and not a computer.

Awesome company. More than fair pricing....Call TruGreen if you want to pay more for the same fertilizer.

We have been using Naturescape's annual 5 app service for the last 5 years. Last year we included aeration and over seeding. Our lawn is looking better than it ever has. I no longer spend hours and days fighting dandelions and crab grass. Excellent service when called for a specific weed problem.

My lawn is starting to look much better after first application. Very friendly and professional staff.

I've used Naturescape for about 4 years to fertilize and weed control my lawn. Things generally go well. The yard looks good. This year, I decided to ask them to start mowing my lawn. After they mowed the lawn 3 times, I noticed damage to the siding on my house. I've damaged the siding on my house by weed eating with a heavy duty line, so I know it can do damage. I inpsected my home after they mowed and found 3 spots of damage on the backside of my home.
Naturescape has been the only people in my back yard, I can't prove with 100% assuradity that they damaged the house, I don't have CCTV on my home, but it's the only explanation I can give. The manager came out and looked at the damage and said his guy didn't do it. I couldn't say for certain that they did it so they weren't fixing it. It is at the right height for weed eater damage and I heard the guy hitting the back of the house with the weed eater while I was indoors.
Long story short, if you hire this company to mow your yard - inspect your home - maybe even take pictures before and after. If there's damage and their guy says he didn't do it - they won't step up and take responsibility.
I've called the corporate office and am waiting to here from the V.P. or Regional Director.

They have been very helpful. They notify you when they are going to come out, which was nice. The spraying has been effective. We haven't had any mosquitoes in our yard this year.

I think they can also spray for plant pests. I paid for 5 visits for the weed and fertilization over the course of the summer and 3 visits for the mosquitos over the course of the summer. They don't really make appointments, they just come whenever.
