This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. They installed a used engine that lasted just 4 weeks. When I took the car back for warranty work, they were extremely rude. They replaced the engine with another used engine but would not answer my question when I asked how many miles were on the engine. The second engine lasted about six weeks. When I returned for another warranty claim, they were more rude than the first time and said they would no longer warrant their work.
Don't walk away from this auto repair company...RUN!!!
"Here at Mr. Transmission of Middletown we offer remanufactured and the option for used engines to be installed by our technicians however used engines are under warranty by salvage yards and we have no control as to the longevity of the engine. Our warranty covers the proper installation of an engine which was performed properly, We stand behind and take pride in our work and we are sorry that you had an issue with your used engine which we replaced."
