technician was prompt and courteous. We were having problems with some of the switches and outlets in the house not always working. The problem was fixed rather quickly and we haven't had any problems since. I say I wouldn't hire again because they were expensive.

Great job. Took some time snaking wiring through vaulted ceiling and putting switch in the pantry for that fan. Access was not easy. Look and works great.

Poorly. By way of Angie's List, I was put through by phone to Mr. Sparky's office in Louisville. I was told there would be a $56 charge for coming out. Fine, but when the fellow came, he said there was also a flat fee of over $200+ for diagnostic work. I was never told that on the phone. I would expect a service fee plus a charge for time plus parts and labor, but not a $300 dollar flat fee regardless of the job. It's outrageous for a probable simple repair. I paid the $56, which I thought was generous on my part. I really should get that refunded. Very disappointing. It reflects not only on the company, but also Angie's List.

Went well, knowledgeable technician solved my problem in a timely manner.

It was a little higher in price than I would have liked, but my house is old and the light was made a little different and got it put up and it wasn't easy. but it works.

I called (812-590-4344) Mister Sparky at 3933 D Bardstown RD. Friday around noon.I told them I had a circuit breaker tripping, and there were no lights in my garage or dining room. They promised service between 3 and 6 PM.
Just before 5PM, I got a call from John (I believe he told me he was the General Manager). He said his techs were running late and he would come out to try to diagnose the problem.
On arrival, he got to work eliminating each fixture in the circuit until he found the issue in a receptacle box used for one of the garage doors (the garage door opener). There were some bare wires and one of them was grounded, causing the issue.
He disconnected the grounded circuit and got all the fixtures working except the grounded branch circuit to an outside receptacle.
I will complete the repair by adding a junction box and new GFCI receptacle.
I was promised service between 3 and 6 PM.
When it became apparent a tech couldn't make it on time, a manager came out to fulfill their promise.
OUTSTANDING commitment to customer service!!
Once completed, John turned to me and thanked me for my military service and would accept no payment for his services.
He had seen the "Purple Heart" tag on my truck.
Servicers like this are hard to find.
I recommend them highly.
