Totally professional from top to bottom. It was a huge job and I am very pleased with the results. Thom did the bathrooms and Rick did the kitchen. It has completely changed the house. The materials were top notch and the designs were excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a great, highly organized team and made the process run smoothly. They have great service after the sale and follow up on every detail. They are consummate professionals and leaders in their field.

Very pleased with workmanship and decorating ideas from Miller's

Thom was a great designer to work with. He was able to pick up on my vision and color scheme and helped me make some great choices to finish the look, all from the decorative tile I had already decided on. He worked to find just the right fixtures and materials to keep within my budget. Installation tool considerably longer than expected, due to unforeseen breakage (during shipment) of 6 x 6 ceramic tile and reorder spanning a holiday weekend. Another issue was the way the carpet from the hall and bedroom joined the new tile in the bathroom, Miller's had a carpet company come out and correct this issue as soon as I let them know it was not acceptable. A month after completion I asked them to remove the clear caulking and replace it with white caulking in the corners of the shower area due to some unsightly cracking of grout visible underneath the clear caulking. There was no actual damage as the caulk covered the cracks, it was purely aesthetic. Additionally, I found out later that one of the contractors working on my project had not been with them very long, so he had some experience issues. Next time I will be more proactive in checking this out before the work starts.
