Middletown Equipment Rental

Contacted business by phone then sent a relative by to pick up rental items. Owner called me prior to releasing renta items to make sure that I understood the pricing (dailey rates vs weekly, etc). He made it clear that I might not need the equipment for the whole week that I had asked for. Told me that he'd be glad to give me the cheaper rates if I found i could return equiptment early. One of the three dehumidifiers that I rented did not function as robustly as the other two which I told him about at the time of my return of equipment. He apologized and gladly detracted the charge for that unit from my total bill. Most pleasant rental experience I've ever had. Highly recommend this rental business to anyone in need of their wide range of equipment.
