I am on a $39 monthly plan. I like the fact that it was built around a local company. My interaction with them was very good. I have dealt with their office people, repair people, install people, and sales agent and I was happy with all of them. Their system is superb and very good.

The sales representative was informative and knowledge. Installation went well and as expected. As far as monitoring going they are prompt to call and make sure everything is okay and ask if we need the police to be called. We have a password to verify we are actually okay and can make that decision. We are in contact with monitoring center approx 5x/month due to children getting keyless and pressing the panic button or forget to disarm and exiting, so we are experienced with that. Monitoring cost is 117.00/quarterly. Initial cost was approx $900 which included some window censors.

Awesome company

Gary was very easy to deal with from the sales side.  The person they sent out to do the update and install additional sensors was knowledgeable.  He was on-time and very professional.  I'm very satisfied with their sales and service.  I feel safer having their system and monitoring in my home.

I emailed them from their website late on evening.  The next morning an email from Gary Macpherson was in my inbox.  I called the number he left me and spoke to him.  He was friendly and scheduled me an appointment on my first day off work.  He was on time and explained all the features, not needing to sell me on it, the system is amazing!  He went over fees for installation and monthly monitoring.  I believe I paid for not only the install, but the pro rated amount of the bill due (give or take $320).  I will be billed quarterly for the monitoring.  He was efficient in his arranging the installation for me as well. I got it done just 2 days later, again based on my work availability.  The good experience was continued with an installation tech by the name of Mike (I believe).  He was on time, friendly and went to work without a hitch.  I was unpacking boxes, as I had just moved in, and he worked around me and just chatted as he was in and out of the rooms.  He cleaned up after his visit so that my new floors wouldn't get scratched.  He explained the keypad operation to me.  They also set me up, at no charge, with a remote that hooks to my keychain.  I can arm, disarm and hit a panic button that works around 150 outside the house.  With an armful of groceries, this has been very handy!  I also opted for a $2 charge per month to be added for an app on my android called Total Connect.  I can arm, disarm and see what activity has happened on my system at the touch of the app on my phone!  Well worth it.  I had a false alarm in a room I had a glass break sensor in, they called immediately and the girl was friendly.  She made me give her my code and password when she called...literally like 15 seconds after the alarm sounded.  How is that for prompt!?

I would highly recommend them. They also do monitoring. I liked that they were in the late spectrum of size as I didn’t want the big ABT. They weren’t too big and they used non-proprietary equipment. Every company has a dialer that has a communication device that would include in the control panel so that they could communicate with its monitoring which is expected. If you ever change an alarm company then you always going to change the dialer anyway, so that’s expected. They used Honeywell and it’s a good brand that is used by lot of people. Mid America will put in cameras and recorder so that you can record. You can also look at your house in the internet while you are in Indianapolis. They are pretty much up-to-date on the security. The only negative thing that I have to say about them is that they left a little saw dusts here and there but not a big mess like carpenters.
