Maxcare Professional Cleaning Services

As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.

Smooth as a knife through butter. So professional and efficient. Will DEFINITELY hire them when I re clean in a few months!!!

They did a very good job. They dried in about a day. They did a very good job getting out stains.

GREAT! Chris was our service provider and the couch looked brand new when he was done. He took care and got all the cushions pillow and every crack on the couch. There were stains on the couch (we have small children) that I was not expecting to come out and he got them out. I was amazed! He did a great job.
They took an area rug for cleaning, and when he was done with it it was amazing! The rug is wool from the 1950s. It came out looking great, even the juice stains were gone. (Again small kids)
 

The craftsman was very detailed orientated and took pride in his work.

Cleaned 4 small rooms and hall for approximately $115. There were some
stains in 1 room that I hadn't been able to get out. They did extra
work on them, but still didn't get them out. I called to let them know
and they came back that day and tried again. They are lighter but
still there. If you didn't know they were there you wouldn't notice
them. He told me in the beginning that some stains they are not able to
get out, but he did try really hard. I would go with them again.

Everything was fine.

We have used them for years. We are very happy with them. Their price was very reasonable. They do a good job. They are efficient. We will use them again.

The only real problem I have ever had is it takes a little longer than they say for the carpet to dry, and I think that is because they use a little more water to make sure they get it completely clean. I've had other companies come out before and try to remove stains and they can't seem to get the stains our but Maxcare can. I will continue to keep using them for my carpet cleaning needs.

.They did an excellent job and were here two times because I didn't like the way they refinished my floors the first time. They came right back out and redid the job. The only thing is you have to pay them $75 to move the furniture out and $75 to move the furniture back in. They broke the door on my console and came out to look at it to see if they could fix it. They never fixed it. I had four quotes and they were the most reasonable.

They did a really great job on the carpets. I thought that they worked in a very timely manner.

Went well. Two men paid attention to detail, worked quickly ( no standing around idley) and were pleasant and courteous.

They did a good job. Were here when they said they would be. Quoted $95, but I registered on their website and they emailed a $25 off coupon. I would use them again. The guys were really nice and professional.

Got an estimate over the phone. Took rug out there. they cleaned it and I picked it up. No hassel, no problems. I would use them again.

It was fine and there was nothing bad to say. They did a fine job. The price was good. We would use them again.

Always prompt service, very professional service. This is in my opinion the best company in the area to clean carpets and furniture. I have tried several and this company is by far superior. You will not be disappointed.

They came when promised to provide an estimate and we scheduled the work to begin on a Monday. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home on the Monday and they called to say they had a client who requested additional work after they started and had run over at that job but would be here on Tuesday. They did not show up until Wednesday. They initially said the job would be complete in three to four days. They did not complete the job until two weeks after the promised date. This caused a two week delay in painters and other workers having access as well as scheduling problems with other contractors. I had to call on numerous occasions to find out where they were and when they would be coming back. I was given various excuses including "my daughter was ill", which puts the client in a position of being a jerk if they complain. Overall, the job they did was just OK and the final coat of polyurethane did not look great. I would have expected more for what they charged.

THEY WERE FABULOUS. THEY WERE THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND I JUST LOVED THEM. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY DID IT QUICKLY. THE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
