Defective said nothing wrong with it, guy crushed it on install and it NEVER been very hot. They came to check on it after 14 month and said nothing wrong with it. Said faucet in shower old when actually replaced twice in last 20 years so it pretty NEW! This is how they treat someone on disability!

They arrived on time and were very friendly. I was switching from a hybrid electric tank heater to gas tankless heater. This required them to not only install the heater to water lines but also to tap into my existing gas line and install an exhaust to the outside. The install work was exceptional. The routing of the water lines, gas line, and exhaust were very clean and mounted securely. They are one of two authorized installers of Rinnai and I couldn’t be happier. They tied into an existing condensation pipe that started sputtering water after they left. I called them and they came back to look at it. They found that my existing pipe did not have proper elevation and it was clogged. Even though this was not part of their install they helped correct what they could without charging me anything extra. Also, I like to be involve by watching and asking questions. They were very patient and happy to answer all my questions. We have been using our new tankless water heater for about 6-8 weeks now and are very pleased with the install. It was easy to see their experience shine through while watching them work. I can’t promise you’ll have the same experience, but my experience couldn’t have been better.

They did a great job (Bobby and Sam, I believe). They initially came out to look at the issue and determine what was wrong. Then they came back at another time to do the job. Total time for everything was around 3 hours.

Fantastic. I called Maupin Plumbing at 9am and by noon I had hot water again! After reading about Eternal tankless water heaters no longer supported, as the manufacture went out of business, I knew I was in trouble with finding anyone to repair it in Louisville. No one online had a true working solution either for the dreaded 'e27 error'. I called the original plumber who installed it and the other plumber's only recourse was a new water heater as the manufacture's warranty was worthless and the original plumber could not find new parts. Maupin Plumbing's website said they are water heater specialists... so I gave them a try. And very lucky for me, and smart on Maupin Plumbing's part, they had spare parts salvaged from prior Eternal water heaters they worked on. The issue was much more complicated than even I imagined, yet Maupin Plumbing remained calm, careful and ensured everything worked and there were no more leaks. I was very impressed with the speed of service, Maupin Plumbing's expertise, friendliness and honesty. I have no doubts that if a water heater is broken, they care repair it... or else it can't be fixed.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and told them my hot water heater wouldn't come on.  They fit me into their schedule on Friday.,  They came out and determined the burner was out on it.  The water heater was 10 years old.  They gave me the option of replacing the burner or purchasing a new water heater.  As the heater was 10 years old I went with a new one.  They were very accommodating to us and said they would come back out the next day which was Saturday and do the job.  They waived the charge for the service run on Friday.  While I thought the price a little high on the water heater I was more than pleased with the professionalism of Tom. I totally appreciate that they were able to take care of us and did a fantastic job in so short of a time.  Thanks
