Mattress & More

Just had $2000 mattress and low profile box spring delivered today.  Never received any prior calls about delivery estimated time.  They just showed up and, fortunately for them, my daughter was home.  When I arrived home and looked at the low profile box spring on my bed, I did not like them.  They are too low.  The salesman had suggested the low profile b/c the new mattress I was getting was going to be 4" higher than the ones I currently had on my bed.  So I agreed with the understanding that if I didn't like, I could exchange.  If I had been here when the delivery was made, as I had planned on with a 45 min ahead calling, I would have never let them leave these here.  They didn't even take the plastic off of them.  So, I called and told them I did not like and wanted to exchange.  Casey said he would have to call the owner.  He called back and basically said that the owner had said too bad, so sad, they are mine.  I could buy the regular size for $115.  I even offered to bring them the low profile ones, since they were still in the plastic, and pick up the regular size.  Again, Casey had to call owner, and again, I got the too bad, so sad spill.  They are ready to spit on me and my $2000 purchase over $100.  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The mattress is very nice and we are beginning to enjoy it. They have a better selection than other stores. They have a variety of mattresses. I can place special orders too.
