Had to pay property's management for leads for their work witch is illegal and immoral

I'm an out-of-state landlord, and I needed to have the best property management I could find. Lucy has been professional, prompt, and highly skilled at finding good, long-term tenants. The maintenance work and improvements have been top-notch. M & W primarily handles single family homes, so their experience and expertise has been invaluable.

Phil and his team have been wonderful to work with. These are true real estate professionals who have taken on the task of renting my properties and have been so successful that I don't even think about it. Communication between a property owner and manager is key, and they are very attentive and responsive which has helped remove any worry that was present with previous management companies. Tenant turnover has been low, vacancy times are minimal, and rehab costs are the best. I cannot recommend them enough!
