Mallard Crossing Apartments

The air conditioner was not working so they sent a guy out. He said there was a drain problem. It quit working again, I called them and was told it was a Friday and no one would be sent until the following Monday since they would not come out on a weekend. As a result I had to pay an individual on my own; it was just a guy I know who works on air conditioners. He cleaned the line out so that it would start working. They came in on Monday and said they fixed it; well it had already been fixed. Apparently the air conditioning unit is still not being fixed properly by them so they have poor service and I had to go without air conditioning a little over the weekend so I am very unhappy with them. Plus, in this area the money I am paying for monthly rent is extremely high so it is way overpriced for the value that you get. They also do not exterminate so you have lots of bugs and spiders around, including spider webs in the commons areas. They advertise that they have two pools and they have one of them torn up so today is June 22 and you cannot use it. The people working on the pool park in all the resident's parking places so I have to park further away from my apartment.
