Was recommended by a neighbor for regular housecleaning. Sent a request for estimate/contact via website and followed up with a voicemail the next day. Have never heard from them. Not one peep.
I moved on to another highly rated service here on Angie's List with immediate response, appointment, etc.
There is a lesson to be learned here.

Great service. Polite, on time and it cost less than what was quoted employees, probably because they sent 4 employees, which made it faster to get the job done. They did a better job cleaning one bathtub than a professional bathroom restorer did. House smelled clean, floors felt smooth, what a luxury. Will definitely use again.

They had great lists that they checked off what they had done, the cleaning was mostly good quality. My complaints were more along the lines of cancellations. In a 2 month period they had to cancel twice, I left their service and went elsewhere.

They said they charged $250 to 300 for 3 hour of cleaning. I thought the price was very extreme. Seems like her attitude was take it or leave it. I didn't care for her attitude at all.

excellent workers. came on time but scheduler tried to switch me around. The team to ask for is "Barbara's" with her 2 workers. efficient, brought their own materials and worked well together. Great job but too pricey to do at weekly basis.
