WE WORK ON EQUIPMENT OTHER SHOP'S TURN AWAY. $40.00 DIAGNOSTIC FEE DUE AT TIME OF DROP OFF OF MOST EQUIPMENT. THIS FEE IS APPLIED TO THE FINAL REPAIR COST. IF REPAIR NOT COMPLETED DUE TO COST OR PART AVAILABILITY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS FOR OUR TIME TO DIAGNOSE AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. COMING TO OUR STORE IS A STEP BACK IN TIME. They first looked at my reciever for free after closing hours, and found nothing wrong, which there wasn't. RE the DVD player, they took their time to explain politely why it couldnt be fixed and answered all my questions. I love how much they care about what they do. They love vintage equipment and customer care. It's old school mom and pop for audio fans.

These folks did an outstanding job of repairing my ancient equipment. I left a $25 deposit on an estimated repair cost of $80. The job was completed even faster than estimated, and they replaced my 30-year old phonograph needle, in addition to fixing the timing mechanism. My turntable works as perfectly as it did when I bought it in 1977. This is a great repair company.
