IT WAS GOOD, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE. SOME OF THE STUFF I HAD TO GET FROM THEM WAS TIME DELAYED. IT TOOK ABOUT FIVE DAYS TO GET THE THING I NEEDED. I THOUGHT THAT WAS EXCESSIVE. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE FIVE DAYS TO GET THE PRODUCT IN, WITH NO OTHER OPTIONS.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HELPED US IN EVERY WAY THAT THEY COULD. THEY SOLVED OUR PROBLEM AND WORKED WITH US ON GETTING IT SOLVED. THEY DID IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. IT TOOK THEM NO MORE THAN AN HOUR.

THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED, CONSIDERING THAT THEY WORK ON MACS. MACS TEND TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE FOR EVERYTHING, BECAUSE THEY JUST AREN'T AS POPULAR AS A PC. IF YOU HAVE A MAC THEN THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
