M. Wade Tile

Very good work and he was very responsive to texts, phone calls.  The crew came when they said they would be there.  My husband wasn't satisfied with the 1st paint coats on the walls and Mr Wade got painter there right away and the walls were beautiful l.  The plumber that referred us to him hadn't done a lot of bathtub installs (we didn't know this at the time) and this became a nightmare but Mr. Wade replaced the tub finally.  For this reason I gave responsiveness a B.  The only concern I would have is that his estimate was about 5 lines long and we ended up negotiating more than I wanted to about some costs.  I really appreciated that he wanted to get this done quickly as I have worked with small company contractors before that took forever to finish another bath remodel in our home.

After an inordinate amount of frustration attempting to find a tile craftsman who understood modern design concepts, I met Mike Wade who immediately envisioned my aesthetic.  I wanted a cool and hip bathroom with a curbless shower that opened up the room and allowed the design to flow.  Not only did Mike do a professional and artistic job, but his prices were less than all the other bids.  Our bathroom could be in Architectural Digest Magazine.  It is the nicest room in the house.  Mike is honest and trustworthy, and we had no problem leaving him alone in our home.  Mike knows European architectural elements and is a unique tile artisan for the Louisville area.  We are lucky to find him.
