This Lowe’s has very rude staff and doesn’t stand by their products. I would avoid it at this point. There is a Home Depot across the street.

They actually had a pet carpet that my dogs nails won't get caught in and it is very soft. They came out and measured and got me an estimate within 2 days. After getting the estimate the installer was supposed to call to set up an install date and time. I didn't hear from him in the 2 days she told me to wait so I called lowes in the 3rd day and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Called back the next day and spoke with the manager over the sales/installs and she was very apologetic and explained what was going on with the installer-he did call me that afternoon and they came the next day to install. They were very fast and efficient. They were here maybe for an hour doing the steps and living room. They cleaned up everything afterwards also. They did a great job and I love my new carpet-so do the dogs!

They did a wonderful job. They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They explained everything to us on how to maintain the carpet and about our warranty. The cleaned up their mess. I would use Lowe's again.

They did a very good job. I would use them again.

Our dishwasher was broken for two years. We checked with couple of plumbers for the dishwasher and Lowe’s was actually the cheapest. So we went with them and the project went fabulous.

I use them constantly. I went to their store and they drew a plan for kitchen cabinets. They make different diagrams and designs so that we can see what it looks like. They are easy to work with and are very reasonably priced too.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB, I CAN'T SEE ANY SEAMS. THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE CONFIDENT AND THEY DID THE JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT CHEMICALS I SHOULD CLEAN WITH AND MADE SURE I KNEW HOW TO CARE FOR THAT SINK AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED.

THEY NEVER FINISHED THE WORK AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO DO THE REST HIMSELF. HE WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN AND THEY WOUND UP REIMBURSING US FOR THE LABOR. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. HE SAID IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM BUT WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO DOING IT, HE HAD NO IDEA.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS GOOD. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE DOORS. THEIR BAD MARKS WOULD BE BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT TIMELY AND THERE WAS A LOT OF WAITING BECAUSE OF THE WAY THAT THEY CONTRACT. ONCE THEY GOT THERE THEY WORKED FAST. THEY MESSED UP BECAUSE THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DOORS WHICH MEANT MORE WAITING.

I CHECKED AROUND FOUR OR FIVE DIFFERENT PLACES AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICES. IF I HAD ANYTHING ELSE TO DO LIKE THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THEM. IT TOOK THE GUY A COUPLE DAYS TO GET OUT HERE. HE FELL BEHIND IN THE WORK BECAUSE A GUY QUIT ON HIM BUT I CAN'T FAULT HIM FOR THAT.

IT'S AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY WERE POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THEIR JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. IT TOOK ABOUT SIX HOURS WITH TWO MEN. THEY BUILT IT, PAINTED, PLUS ADDED PRIMER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

OVERALL THE PROJECT WAS FINE. THERE WERE SOME MINOR THINGS I WASN'T PARTICULARLY HAPPY WITH. THEY IMPROPERLY CUT A TILE AROUND A VENT AND IT IS A LITTLE CROOKED. OTHER THAN THAT THEY WERE JUST AVERAGE, NOTHING TO GOOD, BUT NOTHING DONE TERRIBLY EITHER.

IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. WE GOT WHAT WE WANTED IN WHAT COLORS WE WANTED. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD, THE PRICE WAS LOWER THAN PLACES WE WENT. I LIKED WHAT THEY DID.

THEY WERE REALLY RESPONSIVE. THEY RESPONDED BEAUTIFULLY, AND THEY WERE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE COOPERATIVE I SUPPOSE AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAD GOOD QUALITY.
