 + -1 moreWinnelson was the fifth supplier we contacted to locate a replacement cartridge for a bathroom faucet. Although they also did not have it in stock, J. B. Howell offered to contact his supplier. The American Standard distributor at first claimed they could not provide it but Mr. Howell persisted and after several tries was able to identify the correct part. He then convinced the supplier to provide the cartridge at no cost to us because of the trouble we went through to get it.
Description of Work: After trying four other suppliers, Winnelson helped us locate a hard to find faucet cartridge replacement.
