LOUISVILLE TILE

Wow. Arrogance abounds in this place. If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place to come. From the cold receptionist to the sales desk staff with no knowledge but lots of attitude (the person selling to me told me that he'd never laid a single tile in his life, and scoffed when I said that I'd like to inspect the tile before purchasing),  Unfortunately, their selection is quite vast, so if you can't find what you're looking for elsewhere, you might need to check them out. Two bright spots: the new designer that I worked with on my first visit was pleasant and helpful, and a sales manager did step in when the sales clerk fumbled a bit too much.

The brick is beautiful because it has different colors in it that match the granite from our countertops. Robin, who we worked with, she spent a lot of time with us. They gave us samples to take home and lay out to make sure we liked the product. She even recommended light switch covers to match the tile that I didn't even think of. She's super and you can tell she loves her work.

I came in with exact measurements and budget as provided to me by my contractor. I picked out my tile with the help of their designer/sales person Elizabeth. I was explicit about staying within budget. She suggested a floor with a special (expensive) inset tile. She ran the numbers and said it was within budget. She calculated far too few tiles and when the order came there wasn't enough tile to finish the job, but it wasn't realized until the floor was already being laid (too late to go back!).
Now my floor is not even half-way done, and if I want to finish with these pricey tiles there is a 2 week wait to order the remaining tiles I need.
They did not take responsibility for Elizabeth's error and I felt they should have cut me a deal on the remainder of the tile I have to now purchase.
Great selection, I had fun visiting the show room, but poor customer, slow response, and they didn't make any effort to and quot;make it rightand quot;. And after all the money I spent there, and this being THEIR error, I felt the least they could do was offer a discount. I would not recommend or use them again.

I thought that the price was high, but they had a nice selection. They will calculate the number of tiles that you will need for you. They will install the tiles, but we did not need that. I feel that you could shop around for a better price.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THE PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH WERE FINE BUT I DO THINK THAT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT AND I THINK IT WAS A FAIR PRICE.
