IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE GUY WHO SERVICED US OVER THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE DID MORE THAN WHAT THE CHARGE WAS FOR. THE COMPUTER IS FINE NOW.
