Initial response was very prompt. Donna, the salesperson came to our home and was very thorough with providing options and taking measurements. The quote was provided same day and we gave the go ahead. The estimated lead time was quoted at around two months, and all but one arrived in this time frame. The last took almost three months to arrive, but the delay was understandable as this last shutter was for a door which required a custom cut-out..
The installers Frank and Larry were great. They were punctual, polite, friendly, clean, and very good at their job. The end product looks perfect.

I WENT OUT, I GOT ESTIMATES FROM THREE REPUTABLE PLACES. I WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH THE LOCAL PEOPLE IN LOUISVILLE. I TOLD THEM AT THEIR STORE THAT I COULD GET IT DONE FOR X NUMBER OF DOLLARS, AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GET IT DONE FOR THAT.
