I have been go there for three months. I am satisfied. I pay 40$ a month and that includes my husband. They have good rates for personal training, work with different classes and it is conveniently located.

I go in every three weeks. Both of the people I have had do my nails there did a great job. The price is right and the salon is very clean and sanitary. The salon is nice and up scale and they have professional people at the front desk-making your appointments or getting you a drink.

It was a lot of money.  They had classes.  We were more on our fitness and that’s not our thing.  It was good.  The only reason why we left is the price.  Younger folks go there, there’s nothing wrong there…it was fine.  They cater to younger folks.

Toured the facility and jointed

The gym provides everything you need for a quick workout. This gym was originally Ideal Fitness but LAC brought them and changed the name to LAC. It doesn't have all the amenities as the bigger gym but does provide everything you need to workout (cardio, free weights, weight machines). You are able to attend the main LAC gym but you will have to pay a higher price.

I have been a member of LAC for many years. I have attended many classes (day and evening) as well as used the machines and free weights. The facility is very nice and offers something for everyone. There are multiple classes throughout each day - mornings, afternoons and evenings. The staff has always been courteous and professional. My family and I have used this facility for many years and have never had any problems.

I visited L.A.C. and spoke with a staff member who explained about the cost and what was included. After getting a tour of the facilities I made my choice to join.

.He especially enjoys weight-lifting, so I would imagine that would be...although he was totally pleased with the array of equipment. He said they had every type of equipment you could think of, you know, for a gym. And it was just really a marvelous gym.

I have been off for a while because I go for physical therapy instead. They charge us $55 a month for my husband and me together. We really like them. They have a wide variety of machines; so you don't always have to do the same thing. It's very well run. It's nice and cool. Somebody showed us around during our first visit. The billing is online.

They have excellent group instruction activity. They have a good availability and good Supply of workout equipment. The staff is friendly and generally helpful.
