LEE'S HOME INSPECTION

As discussed, Lee was onsite at the appropriate time. The termite inspection had been arranged by him and was complete. When I arrived, everything in the house was on (lights, dishwasher, etc.) so he could test it. He went through the house methodically, took notes and then typed his notes into a form on a laptop. He was friendly, thorough and organized. When the inspection was done, he walked me around the house to show me important items. He made recommendations about what we should have fixed by the seller prior to purchase. He patiently answered all my questions. He printed out my report from his laptop with a printer in his van and told me if I had any questions I could call him anytime. And he said that if the seller did make repairs, he would come out to the house again to ensure they were completed - free of charge. This experience was so easy. Called on Monday, had the house inspected on Wednesday, had a printed report that same night and an electronic copy with supporting digital photos the next day. USE LEE HOME INSPECTIONS!
