When we saw this product at Ky State Fair, we approached them and asked for information. The person who came to our house was very knowledgeable about the product, construction , etc. he was not pushy, gave us a price we could live with. Within a week, it was installed , we gave no complaints

We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company from the start. Initially we had this company come out last fall and were quoted a price that we were told would be good for a year. We did not do anything at that time but had them come out again this year. We were quoted a much higher price and when asked why the price was so much higher than what we were quoted less than a year ago we were told that the guy who made the quote was no longer with the company and they could just not do it for that price but they could come down on the new quote if we agreed to it by 9:00. We agreed and the work began on 9/13 they were supposed to be finishing when we arrived home that evening but they were not there. We could tell however that they had been there by the mess that was left behind. My husband climbed a ladder to look at the product and was very disappointed by the quality of the work. Silicone was globed everywhere, there were major gaps in between the guards and the mesh screen was jammed in spaces to make it fit. (I can only imagine how many people don't or can't climb a ladder to see how the install was done.) We never once were contacted to see how the system was working, if we were satisfied etc. We contacted the company on 9/15 with our disappointment and pictures of the install. We were told that the service manager would come out and repair the system. When he arrived he came without a ladder or materials. When we questioned him about a service report so that we would know what had been done we were told "a service report is given on a completed job and this isn't a completed job is it?" When we questioned the instal we were old that the installer was new and apparently didn't know what he was doing. When asked how he was going to fix the system without a ladder we were told that another employee was using the truck with a ladder and that he would have to come back another day. (Notice the theme of always someone else's fault.) They came back a few days later to make the repairs but ran out of material so would once again have to come back to finish. We were given a date and it kept needing to be rescheduled. The final date that was supposed to be fixed was 10/3. We received a call that afternoon saying that they would come by that night to pick up the check. (They had not come by to finish yet) When the service manager arrived (again without a ladder) to pick up the check we asked why the job had not been completed. We were then told that the tech was supposed to have been out but obviously didn't show up.(again blaming someone else) the work was finally completed on 10/5 still not great but better than the original and still did not receive a service report. I have contacted corporate 4 times and have yet to get a response. When I posted a complaint on their Facebook page it was removed and I was blocked. If they are removing my complaint how many others do they remove? Not sure how long this post will here but please be aware and use another company.

Arrive as scheduled and completed the job quickly with no leftover trash. The LeafFilter System works perfectly.  Not a leaf to remove all fall.

They called in advance to let us know when to expect them.  We had a slight miscommunication, but they handled it well, and we are satisfied at this point.  We'll see how the product works when the rains come.

The service wasn't bad, but the product is terrible.  It wasn't until the Fall season started that we realized that the gutter guards held all the debris on top of the gutter, so all the water washed over the gutter instead of into the gutter.  I've had to clean the debris off twice already. I spoke with them in October and they said they'd send someone out, but we have not heard from them since and it is now January.  It is really disheartening and we are totally dissatisfied.

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They did a good job and were courteous. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Everything turned out extremely well. They had two fellows that knew what they were doing. They installed the screens on top of the gutters. I have noticed the screens to be helping very much. It acts just like they advertised. They were quick and everything works the way they said they would. I am very pleased with them.

They were great! The man was very professional and explained everything to us. They did a great job. He was here when he said he would be and he had us check everything when he was finished to make sure we were pleased. My husband checked for the pricing and was most pleased with it. The pricing was fair and it was a good product.

Once the winter ice melted, they were understandably behind schedule. But after that, they most often did NOT return phone calls, plus, they had to return several times to finish the job due to not having the proper materials despite taking inventories prior to sending out their installers. Most of the time they did not come when promised. The actual installers were very nice. It was the management that dropped the ball over and over again. The quality of work on the new gutters is sub-par. Will the Leaf Filter perform as promoted? Well I will have to wait to find out.

Guys showed up on time completed the job quickly and cleaned up. No problems.
