Very professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would

It went very well: she came to our house, loaded up all of the wrought iron, gave me an estimate of when it would come back completed. She apologized that it would not be completed before Christmas, but of course since it is outdoor furniture, that was no problem at all. I was grateful that she picked it all up at a time mutually convenient and took it away to her shop and returned it all. The price, I believe, is excellent. The quality is, too. The rust on the furniture has been sanded off. Then it was treated to rust-impeding primer. And then with several coats of black paint. It looks great. I am thrilled that I got a  head start on a much more lovely backyard room with all of this "new" furniture for next spring.  I hope to call her soon for estimate on in-house painting.

I would say that I am thrilled with finding KT's Painting on Angie's List! From the first call, it has been a pleasant and professional experience. She got it back to us much faster than I had ever expected. Usually, it seems, this type of job takes months. She scheduled a day to pick up our furniture. I advised that our schedule is very open. The weather has interfered with her pickup/delivery  because the trailer she uses is not covered. She called to let us know and reschedule. No problem at all.

I contacted contractor. She arrived at the prearranged time. We discussed what I wanted done and the cost of doing so. Kathy went over in detail what her cost covered and the time it would take. She furnished all the materials and we scheduled a time that was convenient for us both. She arrived on time and did the job in the agreed upon time. She left no mess and my furnishings were properly replaced.
