The locksmith arrived on time and set out to work immediately after I told him what was needed to be done. He worked quietly and was professional.

They were professional and the price was very reasonable.

I called Klein Bros on a Friday and spoke to a gentlemen regarding the nature of the work I wanted performed. He explained my options and gave me the costs of everything I wanted done. I told them I would be available on Wednesday after 1 pm and he told me a technician would call at 1 pm on Wednesday to tell me when they could come out. I received a call exactly at 1 pm on Wednesday and the technician told me he would be on his way if it was convenient for me. The technician quickly performed all of the work and cleaned up after himself. All of the locks and keys work great. The total bill was cheaper than I expected to pay. I would definitely use Klein Bros. again.

They are dependable and they respond to emergencies. They're expensive but most locksmiths are.

I have used Klein Bros. for years for both personal and professional lock and key services, so when I bought a pair of locksets for my house and neither of the major home improvement store chains would handle re-keying them for me, I knew that I would be able to get what I needed here.

I brought in the two locksets to their store and asked that they be altered to use my existing housekey, but this was not possible as the new locks used a different type and size of key. However, Klein offered instead to re-key one of the two locksets to the same key as the other, giving me at least two locks that used the same hardware.

The work was done on-site at their Broadway store, while I waited, and took no more than fifteen minutes. The price was extremely reasonable and the work has proven so far to be of good quality.

This went very well. I wanted a dead bolt installed our on rear door; the locksmith had called ahead of time and asked about the type of lock, color or finish, etc. When he arrived he showed me the locks that I could choose from. Once I selected the lock he went right to work. Other than the dead bolt lock installation, we had our side door re-keyed and then I had two additional copies of my house key made. In all, this seemed to take only about an hour or so, he cleaned up after himself and I am very pleased with the work that was done. It's highly likely that I will use Klein again in the future for my locksmith needs.

Very well. I call and received same day service which was very welcomed, as I needed to deliver the pinball machine to a buyer the next morning.

They were extremely personable and responsive to my calls. The guy that came out was efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself.

THEY'VE GOT GOOD EMPLOYEES AND IT'S A GOOD COMPANY. I'VE KNOWN THEM FOR YEARS AND USED THEM OVER THE YEARS. I LIKE THEIR KINDNESS AND RESPONSIVENESS. THEY DO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

IT WAS JUST EXCELLENT. I CALLED and ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR BOTH OF US. HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THE LOCK HAS WORKED PERFECTLY SINCE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYONE SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THEM.
