Claimed carpet was still in GA the day prior to scheduled install. when we asked for a refund they miraculously found it. We had already arranged work schedules to accommodate installers. Very poor install job. They have returned at least 3 time to correct problems. The last time no one even returned my phone calls. The longer the carpet is down the more it pulls apart at the seems and frays on the ends (doorways etc.) due to poor installation. Will NEVER use or recommend again!

Salesman was very patient and very good at explaining the products. Order was made and came in promptly. It was important to me to have the house carpeted before I moved in and I was working in a very tight time frame. They were able to schedule a crew that could do both the vinyl and the carpet and they were done in two days with the entire house. The crew did give me a call on the mornings before they came, but they did not really show up when they were supposed to. The second day they had to work past 7 that night to get the job done before I moved in the next day. They did stay and do it and even called in someone to help them out to make sure they were done.

I THINK I GOT AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE BUT THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THEM. INITIALLY I WAS DISSATISFIED BUT THEY DID END UP MAKING EVERYTHING ALRIGHT. I ENDED UP BEING SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WERE OKAY. THEY DEFINITELY KNEW THEIR JOB.
