I am new to Louisville and rely on Angie's List reviews to help separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Repaired a dryer door switch. Has technical ability to find exactly the right part when they come to your home providing it is on the truck. Sort of one stop shopping. Your appliance is up and running in no time. Total service call took 30 minutes. Called on a Saturday afternoon and repairman came at 8:00 am the following Monday. Professional demeanor. Very prompt service. Got a senior discount.

They came when they said they would. Were very professional, I just think it was way overpriced for what they did. It still does not work correctly.

Call that morning and was able to get a service call that day. Owner came out on the call. Fan motor in freezer had went out. As appliance was only 5 years old inquired if we caused issue. He explained this part typically only lasts 5-7 years. Repairs were done in 20 minutes. Please with whole experience.

Kings checked, tried parts, but could not get it to work properly. Said the price for repairs would nearly be the cost of a new dryer, so he removed the parts he installed and just charged for a service charge.

I love them and they are absolutely terrific. It is owned by a young man and he gave me some tips. He came out and fixed my freezer and oven. He came out twice. When he came the first time he had to fix the mother board and he let us know that most refrigerators use a computerized mother board. He told me that my refrigerator should be on a power search which I didn't know. I think that tip alone was extremely valuable. He told me that some of these motherboards are so sensitive and if you get a little brown out or something like that I could lose my mother board. He was really professional. I was talking to my husband about how frustrating it was working with electricians because I don't know what they are doing or saying and I would have to take what he says. He took the time to show me what was wrong and show me what had actually happened. He went the whole nine yards and fixed it in an efficient way that was not too expensive. We were really pleased with his work. A couple of days later our freezer stopped working and I called him back and he said this is going to be the 3rd motherboard that he would have to replace. He told me that sometimes the shipments can get damaged and if the box is intact they would deliver it anyway. Sometimes if you are doing that with electronic equipment the equipment is damaged which you can't see and they would install it anyways. That could have been a bad one that he got from the factory. Since he came out and fixed it and the second visit was free I have had no troubles. I was really happy with his service and I have recommended him to people already. He was very reasonable.
