I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO BECAUSE I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT A RECALL HAD TAKEN PLACE. I DON'T KNOW IF KIA PAYS THEM FOR ALL OF THE WORK, BUT SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY THEY WERE NICE TO POINT THAT OUT. MY AC IS WORKING GREAT AGAIN SO I LEFT THERE VERY HAPPY.

I DIDN'T AGREE WITH THE PRICE, I THOUGHT IT WAS KIND OF HIGH. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EVERYTHING IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. THAT IS JUST THE PEOPLE. AS FAR AS THE WORK IT WASN'T THAT GOOD. EVERYTHING RAN GREAT WHEN THEY GOT DONE, BUT THE NEXT DAY I REALIZED ONE OF MY LUG NUTS FELL OFF. MY TIRE COULD HAVE FALLEN OFF TO IF I HADN'T NOTICED IT. I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU GO HERE DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK WHEN THEY GET DONE.
