+ -1 moreKentucky Quality Flip seemed eager for my business and they called and scheduled an appointment right away. Our appointment was set but they didn’t show up. After I reached out to see if they were coming they apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call to cancel the second day as well. My text asking if they were coming was not answered. I then called to inquire about our appointment and they hung up on me. I understand if they were too busy but it would be respectful of my time to communicate that they would not be able to keep an appointment. What a disappointment!
