Keene's 1/2 Price Painting

Mr. Keene and an associate removed wallpaper that I had found nearly impossible to do myself without destroying the walls. The paper had apparently been applied to the drywall without a primer coat of paint. John was able to remove the paper with little damage, which he repaired, and did an excellent and quick job of painting the room. He works quickly and very neatly leaving behind only a beautiful end result. John is exceedingly cordial and of very good humor and it was a pleasure to spend time with him each day. He charges by the hour for his services, but never slacks off or wastes time to pad his bill. Based on past experiences with painting companies, I know that I received an excellent job for a very reasonable price and will happily look to hire Mr. Keene again for future painting jobs.

Even though Keene's 1/2 Price Painting was highly recommended to me, I was a little hesitant to use them because they charge by the hour and don't give estimates.
Painters who bid a job must include the possibility of problems and issues. If there are no issues, then you have paid for time you didn't need to pay for.
With Keene's, you pay only for the labor provided not for and quot;guestimatesand quot; and and quot;what ifs.and quot;
It really does turn out to save you money. John keeps you apprised of the time he and his crew arrives and leaves, so you can always know that he is on the job and you can check his hours. I dropped by many times and the crew was always at work and had made considerable progress.
John told me that if I gave him the chance on the 2-bedroom condo, I would want to hire him to paint the two houses. He was right. I did.
And, It really looks good!
