The original service was good. Professional. Chris is knowledgeable and forthcoming. I felt comfortable that the advice he gave to balance price and quality was informed and reasonable and fair. Four years later the unit had a problem. Chris came back out. They discovered a manufacturing defect in the unit, so they worked the warranty stuff out themselves, fixed the problem, and now it seems fine. Good communication about what is going on, what needs to be done.

Great locally owned family business that values customers. Chris worked me in between his scheduled appointments and went right to work identifying the problems. Within 20 minutes he had the AC running. Chris was respectful, professional, friendly and patiently answered my many questions. I will need to replace the old AC unit soon and will definitely be using Kayrouz for the job. The most honest people in the heating/air conditioning business I have dealt with.

It turned out great! They did everything perfectly. There were no mistakes or screw-ups. The installers were all very nice, courteous, and clean. The price was about $500 less than the unit they replaced for me that I bought about 15 years before.

They were great - Although they were under constraints of the home warranty, they arrived on time and did all they were asked to do and more. My installer was done in approx. 6 hours and he left the work place clean. He took to the time to show me how the new furnace worked, how to change filters without cutting my hand or breaking a nail and was patient with all my questions. He wiped his feet everytime he came back in the house, was very cordial and nice to my pets who were quite curious as to what he was doing. Overall, it was a great experience and plan to use them again for system maintenance.

My home warranty service chose this company to check my A/C when it wasn't cooling my home effectively. I received word from them and contacted Kayrouz myself at approximately 11 am. I didn't hear from them so I contacted my home warranty service and they said Kayrouz probably didn't work over the weekend. I called them again at 10:00 on Monday and Ray Kayrouz answered the phone; he concurred with the home warranty services guess - They don't do work over the weekend for home warranty calls. Mr. Kayrouz told me someone would contact me on Wednesday to set up an appointment, (the weather was cool on Monday and Tuesday). Wednesday morning arrived, my phone rang at 07:50 and the technician was at my house before 11:00 am. He checked both units and my A/C needed a refill on Freon. My only issue with Kayrouz is I would have hoped they would have returned my calls from Friday and the weekend. The owner said my home warranty people never faxed over the necessary paperwork so he couldn't do whatever he needed to do, but he obviously knew of me either from the home warranty service or from my two phone calls. I can accept he couldn't do the work without confirmation from my home warranty service but I would expect a phone call stating as much. The price I paid was a deductible - I don't know if it is a comparable price to other companies.
