They did a fantastic job. They cleaned two rooms, a hallway and a staircase.  I have never had my carpets that clean. We try to clean our carpets every 9 months.

We called on Friday and they were there on the following Tuesday. The technician called prior to arriving in the agreed upon service time. He gave us his estimate as to the success of his cleaning (which was positive), then proceeded to do the work. They did a great job in both rooms. He warned that one of the stains may resurface when dry, but that he would put a blower on the site to mitigate that tendency.  While it greatly reduced the stain, it did return somewhat. While disappointed, we did not expect he would do as well as he did. The rest of the two carpets turned out Great.

IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET HERE. THEY GOT LOST AND HAD TO CALL THREE OR FOUR TIMES. I USED OTHER COMPANIES FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AND THEY WERE ABOUT EQUAL AS FAR AS WORK. ONCE THEY GOT HERE THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT I WILL GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.
