When we have sold homes, Julie helped us present our homes in the best possible way, listed them quickly and accurately, then drove traffic through the homes regularly via her own network of buyers, as well as showings that came through the MLS. Julie did not push us but rather allowed us to evaluate all of our options. She was very knowledgeable about the geographic area, the local real estate market, the schools, cultural offerings,, etc. She anticipated our needs sometimes before we even asked!
When we expressed an interest in considering a rental home instead of buying, she was more than willing to help find the right house for us. ( Other so called professional agents we spoke with actually lied and said that rentals were impossible to find in Louisville)
In the end, we did buy a home that Julie found for us.
