Jude McConnell, a real estate agent with Hey Jude LLC, is apparently guilty of real estate FRAUD, based on the information a real estate Attorney told me. McConnell apparently LIED and made a FALSE statement whenhe said the property was worth much less than what it was actually worth. McConnell bought the property himself for a very low price, doing a few repairs, and then selling the property for a huge profit for himself. This type of action is illegal according to the Kentucky RealEstate Commission and KRS 324.160.

He is very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate with the other agents so we would get the best deal. He made sure I was in the house I wanted to be in. This guy is like superman.
