Joseph's Work is Success

I was working with them, we set up the appointment but they were a no show. I paid for the window but now there is no respond for the refund of it.

Joseph came out to look at job on 12/27/2024. He would buy a tv mount for $120. He would mount the tv on the wall for $150 labor. He would mount some three cat shelves for $150 labor, I have those parts to provide. we set an original date of install 01/13/2025 at 08:00. Joseph asked me for cash to cover a check that he had from another client on 12/27 so he could get parts for a job he had to finish that night - I said no I would not give him anymore cash than the total of $420 I paid him in cash that afternoon. Joseph then text me asking to do the work on 01/04/2025 and said he'd be here between 4 and 5 that afternoon. He did not show up on 01/04/25 nor did he communicate with me at all that he would not be showing. I sent messages and left a voicemail but got no answer. On the morning of 01/06/2025 he text and asked to do the job the next day, I told him I work M-F and could not be home. I sent him message that I expected him to show up on the original scheduled date of 01/13/2025 at 08:00 promptly or expected communication if that changed. He send me a message five minutes til 8 on the 13th saying he couldn't arrive until after noon. Claimed it was due to ice on roads. We then set a time of 17:30 on the same date of 01/13/2025. I sent him a message asking when he would be here and he said he was driving from prp, that's about 40 minutes from where I live and he is still not here. I don't know why he would not have communicated with me that he was running late since I've requested communication to that effect numerous times from him. I asked if he still planned to do the work today (01/13/2025) and I have not gotten an answer, I don't feel I should have to wait around for a third time on a pro who is now known to me as a no show on three occasions. I would like to just get my total $420 refunded from this pro and move on. If that isn't an option I'd like some help getting him to show up and do the work he was paid for, also with the part he was paid to buy.

Timely arrival, professional and knowledgeable

I had hoped that I could have given Joseph a good review, bc he had gotten so many good reviews and rated a 5.0, but I can't. I am very disappointed in his work. I needed him to put together a wooden swing set for my grandson. He couldn't come the scheduled day so he came the next day. He was not able to finish it and was supposed to come back the following day. Apparently there was an issue with car keys so he couldn't come. He didn't show up on the day he said he would come back either. We were so frustrated by this point we decided to finish it ourselves. But we had to take apart one entire side because he put it together wrong. It also made me uncomfortable when he commented a couple of times that "he had to check with his company", and that he "had to see if his company would reimburse him for miles". Isn't he the company?? It was Joseph that I spoke to and that showed up to put the swing together. Just be honest.

Joe did a beautiful job on my Christmas lights.Thanks very satisfied.

Joe is Awesome and was very reasonable with the pricing. Will be having more work for him to do as well.
