They did an excellent work. Since I got a new roof, I used a different company to get a new roof but they fixed the leak, it stopped leaking. I used them for masonry work and the roof repair. They did a good work but sometimes it can be difficult to get on the phone in terms of scheduling. The biggest reason why I didn't use them for my new roof was because they never called back to do a quote. I called them and asked for a quote, they never came out and did it but prior to that they did a good work. They came higher for me but since their follow-up was a little lacking. They were here but they didn't leave a mess. They did a pretty good job.

They have a leak specialist who is very good at finding the source of leaks without crawling around in the attic. He found all of my roof leaks quickly. In the area by the chimney, I had a bigger problem that was hidden when I bought the home. The repair work to the roof was performed by Jordan roofing (aka jordan contractors) and they did excellent work. They gave me an estimate on the inside repairs that was very comprehensive, but I did not have them do the work do to the cost. Their price is fair, i just didn't have the money to spend.

After having a storm we started having a leak in between our kitchen and dinning room. My insurance company was contact and they recommended Ken Jordon While Ken was very nice, after the roof was completed and the walls all repaired the roof started leaking worse then before. He was called out numerous times and each time after they left the roof continued to leak. After many months of going through the same problem it was decided that we would need rubberized roofing for the back part of the dinning room since the roof slanted slightly. When the guys came to put on the rubber roof we were assured that even though there were wrinkles in this roofing when applied that they would go away when the weather started getting warmer. That did not happen the roof had wrinkles and where the wrinkles were the roof started leaking again through the cracked rubber. Even before that happened I was told that the roof had a 20 year warranty. After a really bad storm I had 5 shingles to completely blow off and called Ken Jordon myself and told him the problem. The roof then was approximately 8 years old. He said that his charge would be $250.00 to come out and replace 5 shingles. He said that it wouldn't matter if 20 blowed off that the charge was the same. I told him that it was poor workmanship and refused to pay him that amount of money to replace 5 shingles. Needless to say we had to replace ourself the back portion that had the rubberized roofing costing us $1,800.00 just for that section on the house with just shingles. We had another company put on the newer roof and have not had any problems with it leaking.

They do a great job. His roofing is top notch. I wouldn't recommend him for things other than roofing.

Ken Jordan's carpenter suggested improvements that had not occurred to us, which we were happy to pay for ourselves. The work was done quickly and professionally. Three years later, we remain very satisfied with the quality.

THEY SEEMED TO DO THE JOB AND SEEMED TO BE HONEST. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
