I phoned him just before Christmas as my washing machine was giving me trouble. He told me he was retired because of health issues but did not usher me off the phone but instead asked me what was my trouble and talked me through a few steps and things to look for. It ended up that I didn't need someone to come out after all. Joe welcomed me to call again in the future even if it's later in the evening and stated he would be happy to help troubleshoot the problem before I spend $70 for a service call. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is a shame that there are not more like him.
