HE'S VERY FRIENDLY. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. HE HAS COMPETENT HELP. I'VE USED HIM FOR PROBABLY THE PAST TWELVE YEARS. I THINK HE'S RIGHT ON WITH THE PRICE. HE'S NOT GOING TO RIP MY HEAD OFF WITH A HUGE SERVICE FEE. I DON'T THINK HE'S EVER CHARGED ME A SERVICE FEE.
