JEFFERSON ANIMAL HOSPITALS

October 7, 2016. That's when I learned who and what Jefferson animal hospital is. My sweet baby girl was not even 4 months old and the chances of her making it were slim. Being from etown, we brought her to Louisville because no one in etown could help her, especially on a Friday night after 8pm. The second we got there with Mazzy, the nurses took her back and started treating her. The nurses and vet would come out and update us every 30 minutes to an hour. They told us what they were doing, how her blood work was, what they were giving her, and how she was responding to the treatment. I honestly did not know if I would bring my baby girl home ever again. The staff at Jefferson animal hospital went above and beyond to care for my baby. From the front desk, to the techs, to the nurses, to the vets, they all truly cared about Mazzy and getting her well again. The staff at Jefferson animal hospital worked miracles and less than 48 hours later, Mazzy was discharged and came home. I truly thank from the bottom of my heart every single staff member at Jefferson animal hospital. Without them, my baby girl who is my absolute whole world, would not be here with me today. I cannot imagine my life without her and they saved her. Four years later and she's as healthy and as happy as ever. I have loved seeing my girl grow up and all thanks to Jefferson animal hospital for being there and giving exceptional care. Even to this day, Mazzy's nurse still reaches out to me to check up on her and my family. They truly care. They are so passionate about what they do and take so much pride in it - as they should! I would not trust anyone else with my world! Jefferson animal hospital has been such a blessing to me, my family, and our miracle little girl. I will never be able to say thank you enough or repay them for saving my everything.

The cat is doing great. Any vet that can keep my wife from crying does a good job. The doctor did a wonderful job interacting with my cat. This is a cat that doesn't generally like strangers, but seemed to do well with all their staff. I was very please with how the staff interacted with the animal.

The doctor actually, when she was euthanizing the pet, she cried more than we did. Every time we've had to use them, it has been an after-hours situation and use their emergency room and they just treat your pet just like they were their own. They give you all the options for treatment that is available to let you make an educated decision as to, "Okay, here is what we can do for your pet. What course of action treatment do you want to take?" We came in at three o'clock in the morning and went right in.

Jefferson Animal Hospital is an emergency hospital. They are great and you can use them as a regular veterinary place as long as you schedule that and they will not charge you emergency prices. I am going there now until I can find a veterinarian right around me. They will run the whole battery of tests. I had a sick dog and then from there, I just used them as my veterinary place because they took such good care of her in an emergency situation. I do not remember how much I paid for the last service that I had with them but it went great. I would recommend them because they are so thorough. Their price is probably inline with a regular veterinarian but if it is an emergency then it costs more, so I just scheduled the followup as a regular veterinary appointment. The quality of their service is also excellent.

They took very good care of my cat.

We had to take him on a Saturday night. They had faxed everything to his doctor by Monday. Everything was absolutely fantastic. They treated him like a baby. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The doctor was extremely professional. They kept coming out to tell him how he was doing. If they had to wait, they brought him out so I could hold him. They were very loving and caring.
