For price value, seek other companies. Jarboe's Plumbing came to my home on 8/31/17 and tried to repair my outside grinder/pump that connects to my homes sewage system. This grinder pump sends the waste to the sanitary sewer which is 230' away and rises an elevation of 10'. The plumber was on time, friendly, and did what looks to be excellent work. However, the cost was a so out of line. I was charged $690 for 5 hours of the plumbers time. Two hours or more of his time he spent waiting on two other plumbers to come by and help him lift a 70# pump out of the 4 foot pit. The plumber commented he had a bad back. He gave me a verbal estimate of $6,400 dollars to replace the Zoeller pump in kind and another $300 to install the new pump back. He did however recommend a repair shop that ended up fixing the pump for $339.00 and offered to install it for $100.00. That company was Hall's Pump and they did a fabulous job. Great people to work with and they explained everything to my wife who dropped the pump off to them. I ended up calling Zoeller pump and they were just amazed that I was quoted that $7,400 price. They told me of a website where I could purchase this same pump brand new for $1,200 dollars which included tax and delivery. If your going to use Jarboe's plumbing, I would recommend you price around to other plumbers. My wife and I are really upset with this potential price gouging quote, that we want to make sure everyone knows of our experience.

Friendly, courteous service and quickly solved my drain problem.

Daniel, the service technician from Jarboe's Plumbing, was very professional and oh so punctual. He assisted us with the immediate problem, a drain pipe blockage, and contacted another associate to assess other plumbing concerns on the same day!! We were thrilled with the level of service. We highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues. As an aside, the people also have considerable knowledge about dealing with plumbing concerns regarding older homes in this area. They had to come back to fix a problem they didn't test before they left. Resulted in water leaking all over my new vanity and warping the wood.

Very pleased with the work by Jarboes. The individual came out and did a great job unclogging my drain, was friendly and professional. I was surprised that he even gave me a year warrantly so if the drain clogged up again, they would repair it free. Highly recommend Jarboes.
